Sacrament of Confirmation Registration

Classes begin In late October/early November. The Sacrament of Confirmation will normally take place in June of the following year. Please dowload the registration form below, fill it out and return it to the parish, either in person or via email at stpaultheapostleto@archtoronto.org

Remember to attach a copy of your child's Baptism certificate with the registration form.
